The 136th annual meeting of the convention of the Episcopal Church in Western Oregon will be held October 25-26, 2024, at the Salem Convention Center.

Hotel Information
The Diocese has secured a group rate at the Grand Hotel in Salem. To reserve a room, follow this link.
Our block of rooms will be held until Thursday, Oct. 3. After this date rooms may be booked at the reduced rate if they are still available. Reserve your room now!

The cost for delegates and visitors is $45 plus a ticket service fee and a processing fee. This helps cover the costs of organizing this important gathering, including venue rental, A/V, materials, and other logistical needs that ensure a meaningful and well-run event for all participants. Exhibitors
Exhibitors at convention are invited to reserve a table at the rate of $40 per day, which over the two days of the convention would equal $80 plus a ticket service fee and a processing fee. If electricity is required there is an additional $20 charge. The exhibitor hall will be open for exhibitor setup at 1 pm Thursday, 10/24 but exhibitors will not be charged for the Thursday setup day. Basket Raffle
Congregations are invited to submit a gift basket for the Gift Basket Raffle Saturday 10/26. All proceeds from the raffle will support the Hope and Bread Mission, helping to nourish and uplift those in need. Due to space constraints, please submit only one gift basket per congregation. Please email Nik Grimsby or Tracy Esguerra if you have any questions.
